Next Step Physio offers rehabilitation services in people’s homes and group physiotherapy classes on Thursday mornings and Tuesday evenings in Grange bowls club. The group classes promote healthy ageing by improving your cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, agility and brain health throughout the lifespan.
The BBB exercise group is for women only and is geared towards postmenopausal priorities of Balance, Bone Density and Bladder control. The BBB class structure can accommodate women of all abilities, provided you can get on and off the floor (at your own pace).
The Cross Physio exercise group is for anyone at any age who wants physiotherapy guidance with an exercise program, be it to rehabilitate from a particular injury, to optimise a chronic disease or to work towards a particular health goal. The physiotherapist helps you to select exercises which are appropriate to your body and your goals, and progresses them over time.
An individual assessment can be arranged in the Grange Bowls Club prior to commencing group exercise.
